The Mississippi Hills National Heritage Area includes 22 Mississippi Main Street Association communities, and fully recognizes the contributions that Main Street programs make to local economies.
With their historic architecture, fine dining and lodging establishments, unique shops, art galleries, and heritage museums, area Main Streets and downtowns contain invaluable assets and are themselves among the region’s greatest treasures.
The 22 Mississippi Hills Main Street Communities are: Aberdeen, Amory, Baldwyn, Batesville, Booneville, Columbus, Corinth, Hernando, Holly Springs, Houston, Kosciusko, Louisville/Noxapater, Macon, New Albany, Okolona, Olive Branch, Pontotoc County, Ripley, Senatobia, Tupelo, Water Valley, and West Point.
