The wide variety of habitats presents year-round viewing opportunities for resident and/or migrating populations of terrestrial animals, songbirds, waterfowl and an array of flora and aquatic life. Two small ponds and Bagley Lake are open to fishing.

1-mile hiking trail to the pond that is the source of the headwaters of the Wolf River, graveled stairway trail to the ridgetop overlooking Baker's Pond; a huge artisan spring and flowing springs from hillsides; North Mississippi hilly Appalachian-like terrain and plant life; steep hillsides of red and ochre colored sand and blueberry-like bushes; small established parking area.

Fitch Farms is a premier hunting preserve. From October to March, we host quail, deer and turkey hunts as well as Celebrity and National Field Trials.
