The Circle Y Equestrian Center was built in 1999 and opened for business on January 20, 2000. The Bunkhouse sleeps up to 56 people (heat/air). Heated indoor swimming pool, bounce room, horses, petting zoo, 18-hole mini golf, playground area, fishing, campfire-cook-outs, movie room, conference room, and restaurant. This 597-acre area of bottomland hardwood and cypress-tupelo gum sloughs hosts a myriad of wildlife and plant species. From dusk to dawn, you may encounter a rooting armadillo, a cottontail or swamp rabbit, gray and red foxes, muskrats or beavers. Both resident and neotropical birds are guaranteed to entertain you with their songs. Hiking, boating, canoeing and bicycling are some of the best ways to view wildlife.

The 53-acre park features baseball and softball fields, an equestrian arena and a roller hockey rink. The Civic Center is home to the Jr. Street Kings roller hockey program, run by the Mississippi River Kings.
