Ellison Farms, LLC., was started as a sweet potato operation in Woodland, Miss., in 2012 by second-generation farmers and brothers, Scott Ellison, David Ellison and John Ellison, alongside their father, Danny Ellison, a grain farmer of more than four decades. Over the years, the farm has increased from 25 acres of sweet potatoes to more than 600 acres, added sweet corn and peas to its production and expanded its operation to include E3 Foundation Sweet Potatoes, producing sweet potato seeds and supplying growers in six states, including Mississippi.
